HOW SHOULD I CHOOSE A JEWELRY PIECE WITH NATURAL GEMSTONES?

All our jewelry pieces are made from natural wood with real leather and copper beads/finishings. It’s up to you to pick your favorite style from our collection! Many of our pieces are made with upcycled glass grounding beads and genuine gemstones, such as tigers eye, jasper or amethyst. We love them for their natural look and their numerous qualities (hypoallergenic, bright colours, etc.) but their properties are more difficult to validate. While some of our customers will select their jewelry according to the gemstone, what they're seeking to improve or acheive, or Chakra energy center, we prefer to recommend you choose the piece that SPEAKS to you the most.  Learn more TIPS FOR CHOOSING.

If you're interested in starting your own Chakra jewelry collection, we suggest starting with a Chakra 1 (The Root Chakra) jewelry piece.

WHAT LENGTH JEWELRY PIECE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

All our pieces are adjustable.  The Healing Essential Collection pieces adjust from approximately 7.5" to 12"long.  If you have a fuller natural hairstyle like locs or braids, we suggest you go up to the Signature Essentials Collection.

The Signature Essential Collection (Half/Full/Chunky) pieces adjust from approximately 9" to 12.5" long. This length is perfect for most individuals. 


The Chunky Choker Collection pieces adjust from approximately 10" to 11.5" long. If you have a fuller natural hairstyle like locs or braids, we suggest you choose from the to Signature Essentials Collection or the Chunky Cord Collection.

The Chunky Cord Collection pieces adjust from approximately 16" to 19" long.

Wooden Waist Beads/XL Cord pieces adjust from approximately 18" to 25" long.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Prices and shipping fees are subject to changes without notice.


 Shipping charges are the following:

  • Orders of $50 and up before tax : FREE SHIPPING by the most economical option available.

  • Orders of less than $50 before tax: Shipping fee of $8.00 to United States by carrier or accelerated parcel with a tracking number.

  • The letter-mail option is not available for orders including essential oils.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

Unlike other stores, we are confident about each and every product that we offer. That's why when you buy from us, you are covered by our 30 days "no question asked" money back guarantee.

That means our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the day of your purchase. During in this period of time, if you are not satisfied in any way, simply return the product to us and we'll happily arrange for your refund.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To do so, we request that you contact Wood & Royalty's customer service by email ( behappy@woodandroyalty.com) or through our contact form.

By returning the item, you authorize Wood & Royalty to charge you the shipping fee for the replacement item.


For reasons of hygiene, Wood & Royalty will not accept returns for items showing signs of use and will not grant an exchange or refund for such items, except in case of a manufacturing defect.


In the case you do not wish to exchange the item you are returning, we will send you a store credit to use at www.woodandroyalty.com.  The amount will correspond to the price of the article, minus the shipping fee if needed. No cash credit will be granted.


If you receive a defective item or your item suffers an unusual breakage within a reasonable time period, Wood & Royalty will repair the item and return it to you at no charge. In cases where repair is impossible, Wood & Royalty will replace the item, or send an article of the same value if the defective item is discontinued. The cause for this breakage will be determined by Wood & Royalty upon reception of the item. If the breakage seems to have been caused by normal wear and tear or misuse, Wood & Royalty reserves the right to return the item to the customer as is.

HOW DO I ORDER A PERSONALIZED JEWELRY PIECE?

You can order a personalized jewelry piece by email: orders@woodandroyalty.com.  A $20 consultation fee will apply.  You will receive a questionnaire via email. Once submitted, Tye Miles or a team member will schedule a 20 minutes consult call with you to personalize your jewelry piece.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY PIECE?

To preserve the integrity of your natural wood and leather jewelry piece, do not exposed to prolonged exposure to water.  As with all natural materials, it will breakdown. You can NOT keep the necklace or bracelet on while bathing or showering. We strongly suggest removing your necklace or bracelet if you go in a pool or hot tub. Chemicals such as chlorine can damage the wood and leather. You also need to avoid any accumulation of a residue on the wood pieces, whether it’s sunscreen, perfume, self-tanner or other. You can take the jewelry off while the product penetrates your skin, then put it back on.  Immediately use a soft damp towel to wipe away any debris or residue accumulated on your jewelry piece.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY JEWELRY AND WHY?

Wood & Royalty products have a limited lifespan! After a while, the wood beads will naturally turn colors with use of oil and wear and leather will breakdown with normal use. In any case, do not rely on the wood's color, as it may change over time – and that’s normal. On average, our customers will change their jewelry pieces after about 3 to 6 months. It’s the perfect time to try out new pieces, and why not buy more to stack & layer for variety and extended life!

IS IT NORMAL THAT MY JEWELRY PIECE HAS CRACKS, SPLITS OR DARK SPOTS IN SOME PLACES?

Since we use only 100 % natural wood (no varnish or preservative is applied), this may sometimes cause some minor inconveniences that are out of our control. For instance, some wood beads may crack slightly or have dark spots. While this may alter the general looks of the jewelry, it doesn’t affect the integrity of the wood. Some factors contribute to these little inconveniences such as: some drastic changes to the temperature or to the humidity level.

HOW DO I USE ESSENTIAL OILS WITH MY JEWELRY PIECE?

Simply apply essential oil to the upcycled glass bead or wood beads of your jewelry piece.  Place single drop on the upcycled glass beads or a few drops in the palm of your hand then apply to wood beads.  For a lighter scent, apply to only 1 - 3 beads. For maximum scent, apply to all beads. Wash hands after applying essential oils to jewelry piece, especially if you are sensitive to direct skin contact with essential oils.

All our jewelry pieces are made with genuine natural gemstones or upcycled glass beads, natural wood beads, and real copper beads or finishings.
